SOILS & SANDS
Fill Dirt
Red compactable clay. Used to level areas or fill in holes.
Black Topsoil
Manufactured topsoil. Used for planting beds and lawns prior to soding. Ideally you need to put a 2” depth down on lawns prior to soding for maximum growth potential.
Planters Mix
Topsoil, riversand, and soil conditioner (pine fines) mixture. Great for potting soil and gardens.
M-10 Granite Sand
Gray sand, sometimes called paver base. Used as a base for flagstone or brick patios.
White/ Masonary Sand
White sand used for masonry and concrete work. Also great for leveling pools.
River Sand
Brown nitrogen rich sand that comes from rivers. Used on lawns because nitrogen promotes growth. Riversand can be mixed with topsoil.
